Wapiti Valley Ski Area located approximately 29 mi 
north of the City of Melfort offers downhill  skiing on 8 slopes. We also maintain a terrain park for freestyle enthusiasts.

New last year is a 4000 sq ft expansion which includes a 
new pro shop and expansion of the lounge area. This year 
we are continuing the renovations to the chalet with an 
expansion and upgrade to the cafeteria.

This year we have added a new "Magic Carpet" lift on the beginner/terrain park.  As well we have reconstructed the run "Wapiti Way" to a green run fully accessible from the chair lift. This run is nearly 1 kilometre long and ends back at the base of the chair lift. 

In 2000 we added  a 550 metre new Quad Chair, which
has rated lift capacity of 1800 skiers per hour.
